You can apply online through our Apply for Connection page, or call us directly at any of our phone numbers. Our team will confirm your address and package, then schedule installation.
Which areas do you cover?
We provide coverage across full Bandar Upazila, Narayanganj, including Bandar Bazar, School Ghaat, Madanpur, Shyamasundari, and surrounding neighborhoods.
How long does installation take?
Installation is usually scheduled within 24-48 hours after your application is confirmed, depending on your location and technician availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, and other local mobile payment methods. Contact our office for details.
What should I do if my internet is not working?
